The Bible reveals the beginning of our cosmos and who made it — In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. and Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest? Hath not my hand made all these things? Genesis 1:1; Acts 7:49-50

The Bible asserts the duration of creation was six literal days — on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made. and For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. The Bible explains that death, as the penalty for sin, came upon the world through this action they had done — I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground and for dust you are, and unto dust shall you return. Genesis 3:17-19; Romans 5:12

The Bible details our inescapable bondage to sin — For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. and For we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin. and For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do, I do not allow: for what I would (do), that I do not; but what I hate, that I do. Romans 3:23, 9; 7:14-15

The Bible explains why we have the necessity for a savior — For by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified and For as many as are of (under) the works of the law are under the curse. and As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one. Galatians 2:16; 3:10; Romans 3:10

The Bible provides abundant evidence for Christ Jesus as that savior — But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. and And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. 2 Timothy 1:10; 1 John 4:14

The Bible records significant verifications of Christ's death — Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain. John 19:23; Acts 2:23

The Bible recounts many witnesses for Christ's resurrection — God seeing this before spoke of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption; this Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses and he was seen of above five hundred brethren at once; of whom the greater part remain unto this present, but some are fallen asleep. and I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. The Bible presents the journey of the believers who make up the church — we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. and Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Romans 6:4; 2 Corinthians 5:17

The Bible explains the duty of His disciples — And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his nme among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things. and And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. The Bible testifies the promises of Christ's return — And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. and This same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. John 14:3; Acts 1:11

The Bible promises a final judgment of all mankind — For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son. and Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
